“FinTech and Artificial Intelligence on Global Derivative Markets”

The 12th international Conference on Futures and Other Derivatives (ICFOD) will be held in Guangzhou on November 18-19, 2023. This conference is jointly organized by the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Beihang University and hosted by the School of Finance, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. We hold this conference with the purpose of drawing together academics, policymakers and practitioners to discuss a broad range of heated topics on global derivative markets and their implications for market participants.

Submission

Completed papers should be sent to finance_gdufs@163.com by August 30, 2023, with email title “Paper for ICFOD2023”.

Please include contact email for the corresponding author in the paper. Feel free to address any enquiries to this email address as well. The registration fee is RMB 1500 or US$ 240 for conference participation for each paper presented in the conference.

Announcement of accepted papers will be made on September 20, 2023.

 

Potential Publications

 

The JOURNAL OF FUTURES MARKETS (JFM, SSCI Q3, ABS 3) will publish special issue devoted to selected English papers presented at the conference. FINANCE RESEARCH LETTERS (FRL, SSCI Q1, ABS2), INTERNATIONAL REVIEW OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS (IRFA, SSCI Q1, ABS3) and INTERNATIONAL REVIEW OF ECONOMICS AND FINANCE (IREF, SSCI Q2, ABS2) will select several good quality English papers to publish from the conference. All papers accepted for the conference are eligible to be considered for publication in the JFM, IRFA, FRL or IREF. Papers will be reviewed for these journals upon receipt using their normal criteria. Note that the acceptance of a paper to the conference is not a guarantee of publication by the JFM, FRL, IRFA and IREF. All papers will go through the journal’s standard blind review process.
